Parents are responsible for notifying their child, the classroom teacher, and the Kids Club, if applicable, of their enrichment programs. Kindergarteners will be picked up by the enrichment instructor. If the student is not in Kindergarten, he or she will be responsible for walking to the assigned classroom assigned by the school office. Please contact the school for enrichment class locations on campus.

Class age restrictions are found with the class descriptions.

The enrichment  class vendor will notify you using the contact information you provided to your child's school.

Class fees for cancelled classes will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment.

The Enrichment Program instructor will walk each student back to Kids Club.

Unfortunately no. Classes are not prorated. Some vendors will allow student additions to the roster after the classes have begun. Please check with the vendor if you'd like to enroll in a class after registration has closed.

If inclement weather is expected with considerable advance notice (prior to 10a day of) we will notify parents of cancellations and make up date.  In most instances we will able to move the class location so that cancellation is not necessary.  

Vendors will communicate with parents about their decisions to hold classes or not due to weather. Please watch your email or text for vendor updates.

SUSD provides heat related guidance to vendors but the final decision is with the vendor. 

Please email Melissa Tornquist  if you wish to receive a class refund or wish to change a class. Class refund requests are only accepted prior to second class date.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
