Set Up & Greeters:  Help decorate and set up the event.  We also need greeters to help direct families as they arrive.

Cake Walk: This Cherokee favorite is back! We will need volunteers to sign up to donate cake(s), cupcakes or cookies for the game. Please no homemade baked goods, all cakes must be store-bought and sealed. Please drop off all cakes to the school front office the day of the event (Friday, October 30) between 8-10am.

Clean Up: After the event we will need volunteers to help with clean-up. Each class will be responsible for tearing down their own trunk, but we will need help with picking up trash, candy wrappers, etc. We will also need help the morning after with clean-up, as we want to ensure our school grounds are clean and safe for when our kids return the following Monday. Below is the link to sign up for clean-up, either Friday 10/30 from 7-8pm, or Saturday 10/31 between 9-10am.

Reminders: 

Bring a treat bag for your children to collect treats from the many trunks we will have set up.

Bring some form of payment for food trucks if you would like to purchase food during the event.
